Why I became a Personal Trainer

In 2020, I found myself slightly on the heavier side - and really all through growing up, I was lacking confidence and feeling lost.

I turned to the gym as a way to regain control, and it quickly became a transformative experience. It helped me develop not only physical strength but also the grit and determination to push through challenges.

The gym taught me the value of perseverance, giving me the confidence to pursue a better version of myself - mentally, emotionally and physically. That journey inspired me to become a personal trainer, so I could help others find the same sense of purpose and empowerment that the gym gave me.

And just before I became a Personal Trainer, I had run my first 2 half marathons. And as of 2025. I’ve run my first Marathon - which me in 2015 would have thought impossible and that I had lost the plot.

But coming to the gym,not just as a hobby now but an established part of my life. It has shown me the real possibilities you can achieve.

They just need time and effort.
