My own start
I didn't grow up as a fitness person. For seven years after school, sport was something other people did.
Then I walked into a gym. And everything changed.
Not overnight - but within 18 months I'd gone from not being able to run 2km to completing a sub-3:50 marathon. Then kickboxing. Then football again. The gym didn't just change my body. It changed what I believed I was capable of.
That realisation became an obsession. And eventually, a career.
Why I became a PT
I started bringing friends to the gym — just casually at first. But the moment I began explaining why we were doing certain movements, something clicked. I wasn't just enjoying the training. I was enjoying the teaching.
I'd found the thing I didn't know I was looking for.
I retrained, qualified, and built CResults around one simple belief that everyone has a version of that moment waiting for them. The moment the limit they thought they had turns out not to be real.
My job is to help people find it.
And honestly? I haven't worked a single day since.
