Confidentiality

All information collected by the trainer, will be strictly kept private and confidential. Any information will be filed away in a secure and private place.

Health and Safety

The classes and sessions, are designed and curated for specific purpose, taking health and safety and also clients personal medical history into careful consideration.

Any information the client doesn’t up hear to, causing injury the trainer is not liable. All instructions given are tailored with health and safety in mind.

Payments

All Payments, must be paid within 24 hours of the session finishing (including class and Personal Training sessions). Failure to do so will result in added charges and cancellation of upcoming sessions. Unless prior agreed from both parties and signed off for.

Cancellations

If a client is to cancel a session, they must do so 12 hours before the session commences, if not a charge will be made for half the price of that session, which must be paid for. If that is not paid, sessions in future maybe refused.

Lateness

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session maybe cancelled and rescheduled upon a later date.

The client, unless given prior reason and notice, maybe charged for the time missed and/or no refund if its in a bulk of sessions.

If the Trainer is more than 15 minutes late, you are entitled to a complimentary session, along with the time left, if that’s what they want as well.

Expiry and Extensions

All bulk purchases of Personal Training and Classes must be used up in their allocated time frames. 5 Personal training sessions in 3 months. 10 Personal training sessions in 5 months. 5 class sessions in 3 months. 10 class sessions used within 5 months.

If spoken to and agreed, this may be extended. But not guaranteed.

Refunds

Refunds will be only given if the client is physically or mentally unable to take up the sessions, with proof from a GP. If a redundancies has occurred, proof will need to be shown as well.

For any further reasons, you may wish to speak to the trainer, however this is not guaranteed a refund.

Membership

Memberships have maximum 2 sessions a week, plus a programme anything more is individually paid for and not to do with the membership.

One session a month and can be rolled on to another of the weeks, but this is for one session. If anymore are missed unless, both parties have specifically agreed, there is no refund.

Programme

Results are less likely to happen if the plan is not stuck too especially in course to not completing each day. And also sticking to nutritional guide. Eating well, Hydrating, Sleeping properly will help in aid of getting results.

Disclaimer

While the trainer offer and gives real advice and guidance, we do not hold guarantee that you will see the results in a certain time-frame. It is the members responsibility, to make sure they are eating correctl, sleeping and hydrating accordingly to see the best of the planned personal training sessions.
